Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery time is 8–10 working days from the appointment date or final design approval, whichever is later. For festive or formal wear, timelines may vary and will be shared by the designer. Express delivery is available with additional charges ranging from 10% to 100%, based on urgency and design complexity

Add-ons & Embellishments

Decorative elements like laces, tassels, potlis, or other custom embellishments are optional and will be charged additionally if selected.

Cancellations

Once the fabric is received and work has begun, we’re unable to cancel the order. The advance is non-refundable in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.

Advance Payment

We request an advance payment of 70%–100% of the total order value. Your designer will confirm the precise amount during the home visit. This advance allows us to secure premium-quality materials and allocate our specialized team immediately.

Changes After Stitching

Please ensure all design details are finalized during the consultation. If changes are requested after stitching is completed, a nominal charge will apply.

Alterations

We offer up to 2 free alteration trials if the fitting issue arises from our end. If alterations are needed due to a change in preference or measurements shared by you, a small fee may be applicable.

Designer Consultation

In the rare event that no garments are given after the consultation, a consultation fee of ₹500 will be applicable for the home visit and designer’s time.

To ensure timely delivery, we request your support in confirming designs and responding to updates promptly.
